Why can’t I hear the voice, chimes, or ambience?

First, check that your device volume is turned up and Silent Mode is not muting audio in a way that affects the app.

Calm Pulse also has separate volume controls for voice, chimes, and ambience. If one sound layer is quiet, open the app settings and check that its individual volume is turned up.

Can I change the breathing style?

Yes. Calm Pulse supports Deep Calm, Box Breathing, Balanced, and Custom breathing styles. You can choose the rhythm that feels most comfortable for the moment.

Can I change the language?

Yes. Calm Pulse supports multiple languages. You can change the language in the app settings where available.
